Product details:

• Tealight candles for Dias.

Note:
• Rental amount is for one day only.
• Customers are expected to fill the thalis themselves, while we will supply tea light candles for all the dias.

Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period:
• The rental period begins on the date of pickup/delivery and ends on the agreed-upon return date (the next day of pickup between 10 am and 12 noon).
• An extension of the rental period must be requested and approved in advance.

2. Payment:
• Full payment for the products/thaals must be made at the time of placing the order.
• Payments are non-refundable.

3. Security Deposit:
• A refundable security deposit of PKR 5000/- and a photocopy or a picture of the ID card are required.
• The security deposit will be returned after inspection and confirmation of no damages or late returns.

4. Care and Use:
• Renters are responsible for the proper care and use of rented items/thaals.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Delivery and Pickup:
• Delivery and pickup fees may apply additionally, and schedules must be agreed upon in advance.
• Renters must be present at the agreed-upon delivery and pickup times.

6. Cancellations:
• Cancellations made 10 days before the event can receive a full refund of the payment.

7. Late Returns:
• Late returns may incur additional charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Rental items must be returned in the same clean condition as received.
• Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned with stains.

9. Loss or Theft:
• Renters are responsible for the full replacement cost of any rented items that are lost or stolen during the rental period.

10. Liability:
• Our company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the use or delivery of rented items.

11. Force Majeure:
• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, which may affect rental availability or delivery/pickup schedules.

12. Termination:
• We reserve the right to terminate a rental agreement at any time if the renter violates the terms and conditions.

Delivery Time:
All thalls are booked on first come first serve basis.
The delivery time is from 1 to 3 pm and can be adjusted to accommodate customer preferences.
